If an un-deployed mechanical keyboard chassis, optical tracking mouse, or premium coiled cable assembly arrives with a verified manufacturing defect (such as broken keycap stems, dead circuit matrix rows, or non-responsive sensor lenses), displays transit damage, or deviates from your ordered layout specifications, you may request a fresh exchange or credit replacement within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a peripheral hardware verification claim, the items must be entirely unused, uninstalled, completely free of fingerprint oils, skin oils, or custom soldering modification markings, and stored inside their original pristine retail packaging with all factory user documentation, replacement switches, pulling tools, and safety engineering seals entirely untampered.
3.2 Biological Hygiene & Contact-Surface Exclusions
To maintain absolute sanitary security, biological cleanliness, and pristine quarantine safety across our hardware network, any tracking mouse casing, keycap set, ergonomic wrist rest, or desk pad accessory that has been unsealed from its protective internal factory wraps, plugged into a live USB controller host, or introduced to a shared corporate workspace cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Furthermore, custom bulk corporate layout arrays or high-volume wholesale business fleet configurations are strictly excluded from standard returns.

Once your hardware cargo or logistics shipment is safely received back at our central technical distribution hub, it undergoes a rigorous diagnostic key-rollover matrix check, optical sensor tracking audit, and a strict sterile scan to confirm its original physical state. Approved claims are processed as immediate store wallet credits or direct financial replacements within 7–10 business days.
